Jewelry Repair

Minor jewelry repair jobs that can be completed in house without needing to send to a 3rd party or order additional parts.

You must submit the job that you want us to work on before adding to cart or sending us the piece you want worked on. We will provide shipping labels as necessary, at your expense. We will not accept items for repair unless you have contacted us first. 

This service can & does include:

• Fixing Clasps
• Repairing Posts, Backs, Hinges, or other components for securing Earrings
• All Jewelry Repair Jobs will also include full Steam Cleaning & Sanitization of the piece or UltraSonic cleaning of the pieces doesn’t have delicate stones that could get damaged by UltraSonic cleaning
• Basic hand polishing of the piece to make it shine more than before, but this will not remove deep scratches or other damage

**Lux918 is not responsible for damage done to your piece unless you have informed of us of any/all issues and stone types. If damage occurs we will fix it with readily available materials at our own discretion. If you want it to be fixed by someone else or with parts you chose, than the costs associated with the repair is your responsibility.
