RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make from us, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason just follow the steps below and we will get everything taken care of on all applicable items.
Our general return policy (exclusions apply, see below) is good for 25 days, starting when your order was delivered. If within that time frame you would like to return it you will need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you an authorization # along with either a return shipping label or instructions if you took advantage of our local delivery service.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the purchase was made through one of our online stores this would be the order number, you'll include this in your email. Based off of the contents of your order we will be able to determine what is eligible for a return. Generally speaking we accept returns on all items as long as they are still new/unworn with the tags attached and do not show signs of damage.

For items that fall into any of those categories, we must be notified within 5 Business Days (we are only closed Sunday) of the issue and the remedy you are seeking, if this issue/defect was mentioned in the description we will work with you to make you happy, however returns will be at our sole discretion. If the issue is one that was not disclosed or the item arrived damaged/defective (in a way not mentioned in the description) then we will do whatever is necessary to meeting & exceeding your expectations, up to & including a full refund and return of the item in question.
Items we do not accept returns on include: Fragrance & Grooming products once they are opened/removed from their original packaging & any items that are marked as "Final Sale”, along with any/all consumable goods.
If you use our free return label to return an item that we have stated we cannot accept a return on, we will charge your account for the shipping label we sent you and you will be responsible for paying any & all fees required to re-send the item to you within 5 days of being notified that your return was declined or we will dispose of the item.
