Gevril Tribeca, Paul Newman 6263 Homage, Rare Piece with only 500 made

This is the perfect watch for someone who loves the classic looks of the Paul Newman Daytona 6263, but don’t trying to spend 100k+ on a watch. 

This is the much praised Gevril Tribeca, it was produced in 1999 and was a very limited edition piece with only 500 units made. And it is sooo much more than simply a “homage” to that illustrious Daytona. 

The Gevril Tribeca stays true to the original by maintaining the 37mm x 15mm Case. Along with the same Hesalite Acrylic Crystal as the original. 

For the movement, you get the superb ETA 2824 & a Dubois Depraz Chronograph (which is the same Chrono in the AP Royal Oak Offshore), so the build quality and internals are top notch. 

This is the watch for anyone who loves the looks and has an appreciation for the classical stylings of that mythical Daytona, but at a much more attainable price point. 

It comes in its original box and has the booklet, there are no paperwork to go with it. Condition wise, it’s unpolished and shows some wear from being worn since it was produced roughly 30 years ago. But there are no issues with the watch functionally & no cracks/chips or other major damage to the piece.

This beauty has been priced very well for its condition and rarity, a similar piece sold at Christie’s in August for over $9,000 (not including the 27% buyers premium).
